Commercial Account Manager – MEA Telephone Sales

About the role

We are an American multinational operating in Tangier, specializing in IT equipment distribution. We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Commercial Account Manager to drive telephone‑based B2B sales across Africa and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers in the MEA region.
• Record daily commercial activity in our CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and present relevant IT product solutions.
• Prepare and send quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up until purchase orders are received.
• Ensure the highest level of commercial service quality.
• Build long‑term customer loyalty and monitor account health.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in international sales or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills, with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Residency in the Tangier area (relocation not considered).
• Willingness to undergo full training.
