Continuous Improvement Technician III

About the role

As a Continuous Improvement Technician III you will join the TEOA implementation team at a manufacturing plant, acting as the local subject‑matter expert for TEOA tools. You will support multiple functional areas—including S&OP, procurement and logistics—to drive lean performance and achieve plant‑wide improvement targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support and mentor site‑based TEOA Practitioners and Kaizen Facilitators.
• Manage project teams and deployment plans across functional and site levels.
• Develop practitioner skill levels to sustain TEOA practices.
• Monitor progress, report site‑level measurements and track star‑assessment performance.
• Lead value‑stream projects, create value‑stream maps and execute implementation plans.
• Plan, drive and visualise TEOA actions, ensuring sustainable closure.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and account for predicted savings.
• Provide leadership on lean thinking, lean processing and lean production, and train staff in TEOA tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in production, logistics or industrial engineering (or a recent graduate with relevant knowledge).
• Previous experience leading continuous‑improvement initiatives, preferably as a Lean Leader.
• Hands‑on experience with value‑stream mapping and TEOA tools.
• Proven track record of leading at least 15 Kaizen events (e.g., 5S+1, visual management).
• Strong organisational, communication and project‑management abilities.
