About the role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our call‑centre operations. The role requires fluency in Gulf Arabic (MSA) and English (B2), and the ability to work onsite during a mid‑shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from needs analysis to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define talent requirements and influence hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using creative channels beyond standard job boards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
Required profile
- Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑volume or call‑centre environment.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in Gulf Arabic (MSA) and English (minimum B2).
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Capability to clearly articulate each step of the recruitment and onboarding process.
