Customer Support Agent (Bilingual English & Dutch)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in both English and Dutch (B2‑C1 level) to join our customer support team in Casablanca. You will deliver high‑quality assistance across voice, chat, and email channels, helping customers enjoy a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in English and Dutch.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with other support agents and supervisors to improve service quality.
• Adhere to shift schedules (09:00‑22:00, Monday‑Sunday) with two days off per week.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities in English and Dutch (minimum B2‑C1).
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Professional attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
