Data Analyst

About the role

Join Sisal Loterie Maroc in Casablanca as a Data Analyst, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will enable data‑driven decision making across sales, marketing and strategy functions by turning raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, structure and analyse sales and business data to identify trends, seasonality and performance drivers.
• Monitor key sales KPIs such as turnover, volumes, margins and channel performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for daily, weekly and monthly performance tracking.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support commercial, marketing and strategic initiatives.
• Develop sales forecasts, scenario modelling and optimisation recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality executive presentations using ThinkCell.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across all reporting sources.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Data Analysis, FP&A, Commercial Analytics or CRM analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Marketing.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in retail, gaming, betting, FMCG or distribution‑driven environments is a plus.

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
• SQL or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
• ThinkCell for executive‑level PowerPoint reporting.
