About the role

The hotel seeks an experienced Spa Director to lead the luxury spa operations in Marrakech. The role involves ensuring a premium, personalized guest experience that aligns with five‑star hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily spa operations, maintaining high service quality.
• Lead, train, and support spa staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth and optimise profitability through sales of treatments and retail products.
• Monitor performance indicators, sales targets, and financial results.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop new wellness offerings, treatments, and experiences.
• Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to integrate spa services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar senior spa management role within a 5‑star hotel, resort or high‑end spa.
• Strong team‑leadership and operational management abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail and a culture of excellence.
• Commercial acumen to boost spa performance.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with international hotel chains is highly desirable.
