About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Marrakech. The role involves assisting customers, testing our software tools, and creating video tutorials to help users get the most out of our products.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer support tickets in English.
- Test software applications and tools in development and staging environments.
- Produce, edit, and maintain video tutorials and instructional content.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Licence) in English or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and basic technical aptitude.
Required skills
- Video editing.
- Software testing basics.

- Competitive salary of 4,500 MAD per month plus performance bonuses.
