Experienced Cloud Engineer – AWS

About the role

Mindera is seeking an Experienced Cloud Engineer with deep AWS expertise to join an agile, collaborative team. You will act as a technical partner, helping design, build, and maintain resilient, cost‑effective cloud systems while working closely with developers, leadership, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AWS infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with developers and senior leadership (CEO/COO) to embed DevOps best practices into daily workflows.
• Automate provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis, observability, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Travel nationally and internationally up to 15% based on project needs.

Required profile

• Growth mindset with strong troubleshooting skills on Unix systems.
• Collaborative attitude thriving in a politics‑free environment.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts in English to diverse stakeholders.

• AWS (networking, accounts, core infrastructure)
• Terraform / Terragrunt and Ansible for IaC
• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins
• Observability platforms: Grafana, Kibana, DataDog, CloudWatch
• Scripting languages: Bash, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
