Key responsibilities

• Delight guests by maintaining an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhancing their experience.
• Plan, organize and execute a variety of events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee flawless event setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event specifications, procedures and updates to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Manage event breakdown, guaranteeing function rooms are cleared and equipment stored correctly for the next event.
• Supervise F&B team performance, including scheduling, coaching, recognition and overall staff management.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and team wellbeing.
