About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team within an Accor‑affiliated hotel. In this role you will shape the guest experience by overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring brand standards are met and creating memorable moments for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards across all food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and implement new product concepts and service offerings.
- Strategize to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with proven leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Commitment to leading by example and fostering a high‑performance team culture.
