About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr in Morocco is looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join its team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the receptionist welcomes and registers guests, explains the accommodation, sets up credit or payment methods, checks guests out, handles billing and responds to guest requests while following Four Seasons' policies.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and register hotel guests, explain the accommodation and establish credit or method of payment.
- Check guests out, prepare and explain the bill.
- Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all Four Seasons' policies.
Required profile
- Solid work ethic, high level of integrity, concern for quality, cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location.
- Eligibility to work in Morocco.
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High proficiency in Opera.
