HR Generalist – People & Culture

About the role

Paysera is seeking an energetic HR Generalist to join its Rabat office. You will be the primary local point of contact for HR operations, recruitment and culture initiatives, working closely with the global HR team in an AI‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison with HR outsourcing vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support office operations and assist team leads with administrative tasks to maintain a productive workplace.
• Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer preparation, delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Organise events and initiatives that strengthen collaboration, boost morale and promote Paysera’s values.
• Coordinate payroll data, maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Moroccan labour laws in partnership with external partners.
• Collaborate with Paysera’s international HR team on cross‑border projects, compliance matters and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Good understanding of Moroccan labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic or French; mastery of all three languages is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, reliable and able to take full ownership of tasks.
• Problem‑solver with a “can‑do” attitude and confident communication style.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interest and ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to optimise HR workflows.
