HR Manager – Morocco (Casablanca)

About the role

The HR Manager will act as the strategic HR lead for Morocco, covering both Head Office and Retail operations. This role drives the full people agenda in a complex and evolving market, partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Head Office and Retail leadership, shaping a holistic people strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management across the entire organization.
• Lead end‑to‑end workplace investigations, manage complex disciplinary cases, grievances and misconduct, and partner with Legal on high‑risk matters.
• Identify trends, mitigate employee‑relations and compliance risks, and act as the escalation point for critical people matters.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, capability gap analysis, and development solutions.
• Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into talent practices and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Lead employee‑experience and culture programs, translating feedback into measurable improvements.
• Ensure efficient execution of HR processes, full compliance with Moroccan labor law, and strong governance of HR systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Strategic HR leadership experience covering both Head Office and Retail environments.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision‑making.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, and Moroccan labor‑law compliance.
• Experience managing talent pipelines, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
• Capability to lead HR operations, governance, and transformation projects.
