About the role
Authentix is supporting a strategic oil and gas field development project in Morocco. The HR Manager will act as a key business partner to local and global leadership, ensuring the talent needed for project success is attracted, developed and retained.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Moroccan labor law and global standards.
- Manage employee benefits, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the Global HR VP and local GM to align HR strategy with business objectives.
Required profile
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international organization.
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑cultural environment.
