Human Resources Intern

About the role

You will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and maintaining employee files. This internship offers hands‑on experience in HR management within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Help organize training sessions, track attendance, and support learning initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases accurately.
• Support daily HR operations, including preparing documents, reports, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in planning staff events, recognition programs, and internal communications.
• Help ensure HR practices align with hotel policies and labor regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve basic HR‑related issues.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Business, or Hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to grow in HR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Collaborative and supportive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine passion for human resource management in hospitality.
• Demonstrates ability to learn new skills rapidly and a keen interest in HR.
