About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of a virtual desktop environment built on Citrix and Windows technologies. Working within an agile team, you will collaborate with developers and infrastructure specialists to maintain innovative architectures that support our partners' business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guarantee the uptime of virtual desktops and associated applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows operating systems and Citrix services.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.
• Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure with evolving application needs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Citrix virtualization products; experience with Active Directory and VmWare is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good listening and analytical abilities.
• Curious and self‑motivated to learn in a fast‑changing environment.
