About the role
An experienced IT Support Technician is sought to join a global team on an on-call basis, based in or near Rabat, Morocco. The role covers onsite support and break/fix services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues
- Install, configure and replace desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
- Support end-user devices and operating systems
- Escalate complex technical issues when required
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements
Required profile
- Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support
- Must be based in Morocco
- Availability for on-call assignments
Required skills
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
