About the role
Semperit Group, through its Sempertrans division, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow its North Africa business. You will be responsible for managing existing key accounts and developing new export markets across Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania and Senegal.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing key customers and sales agent network.
- Strengthen partnerships with local OEMs and monitor competitor activities.
- Create and execute market entry strategies for new export markets in the region.
- Open new customer accounts and generate additional revenue streams for Sempertrans.
- Provide backup support to the Head of Sales during holidays, tenders, and other needs.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in International Sales‑Business, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the industrial sector, preferably with technical products such as conveyor belts or polymers.
- Proven experience working with global organisations and cross‑cultural teams.
- Extensive experience in the North Africa region, understanding local business practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 working days per month.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
