Lead Qualifier

About the role

The Lead Qualifier supports sales growth by qualifying leads and re‑profiling multichannel customers through outbound calls. The role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, assessing customer potential and generating qualified sales opportunities while maintaining accurate customer information and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads assigned through the sales management system and follow the calling plan.
• Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities via outbound telephone activities.
• Re‑profile multichannel customers and identify rank‑up eligibility.
• Assess shipping needs and uncover revenue growth potential.
• Use effective communication to reach decision‑makers and generate qualified leads.
• Promote DHL products and services based on customer requirements.
• Maintain and update accurate customer information in DHL systems.
• Clean and enrich lead databases with information gathered during interactions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support customer acquisition and revenue initiatives.
• Achieve productivity and quality targets, including daily call activity objectives.

Required profile

• BAC+2 minimum or equivalent qualification.
• 1‑2 years experience in customer service, sales support, telemarketing or business development.
• Strong telephone communication and customer engagement skills.
• Good command of French, spoken and written.
• Passion for customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to identify customer needs and uncover business opportunities.
• Attention to detail and accurate data management.
