Maintenance Mechanic III

About the role

As a Maintenance Mechanic III you will perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring high availability and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with production teams to diagnose issues, execute corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and facilities.
• Prepare detailed maintenance and corrective action reports.
• Participate in spare‑parts definition and manage part usage declarations (PDRs).
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation updates, and maintenance procedure enhancements.
• Execute action plans to improve equipment availability and tool preservation.
• Maintain 5S+1 standards in workshops and production areas.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and processes.

Required profile

• Bac+2 specialized technician degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and strong safety awareness.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
• Commitment to TE Connectivity quality, environmental and safety standards.

Required skills

• Electrical and electronic diagnostics.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic circuit diagnosis.
• Use of electrical testers.
• Automatic and manual crimping.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Ultrasonic welding.
• Plastic injection equipment knowledge.
• SAP for spare‑parts management.
