Manufacturing Team Leader III

About the role

The Manufacturing Team Leader III will oversee daily production activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational efficiency within our manufacturing environment. You will coordinate cross‑functional support, manage workforce issues, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with support services to execute daily production plans and lead zone leaders on absenteeism replacement and discipline matters.
• Monitor zone leaders to ensure adherence to purchase order sequencing and production targets.
• Develop and implement polyvalence plans across lines and foster autonomy among zone leaders.
• Identify and execute continuous‑improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
• Participate in the rollout of new standards and Level 2 quality issue analyses.
• Collaborate with HR on administrative matters and ensure compliance with EHS instructions, including PPE use and MSDS adherence.
• Gather staff feedback on EHS and environmental anomalies and communicate findings to line management and the EHS team.
• Maintain accurate production data updates in SAP in coordination with zone leaders.

Required profile

• Educational degree equivalent to a BAC or similar diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management, preferably with knowledge of wiring.
• Fluent in French and proficient in reading and writing English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Knowledge and mastery of quality tools such as QRQC.
• Office automation skills.
• Technical understanding of wiring.
