Microsoft Teams Architect

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Microsoft Teams Architect to join its Information Technology and Global Security team. You will act as a key technical resource for customers, delivering proactive services, education workshops, and expert guidance on Microsoft Teams solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and strategize Microsoft Teams deployments for enterprise customers.
• Conduct on‑site and virtual training workshops, assessments and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with Microsoft consulting practice and product groups to stay ahead of emerging technologies.
• Maintain certifications, develop best practices, and support technical readiness of the team.
• Analyse problems, propose solutions and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Teams solutions in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long‑term strategic relationships.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site customer engagements and workshops.
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
