Monitoring Specialist – 24/7 Rotating Shifts

About the role

Join Nuitée’s 24/7 Monitoring team in Casablanca and become the person who keeps revenue, bookings, traffic, conversion, API health and supplier connectivity running smoothly around the clock. You will work on‑site, rotating through day, night, weekend and public‑holiday shifts, and help shape the monitoring tools and dashboards that are still being built.

Key responsibilities

• Watch critical business metrics and spot anomalies before they impact clients or suppliers.
• Investigate issues using logs, dashboards and system data without needing step‑by‑step guidance.
• Communicate findings clearly to Engineering, Key Account Managers and leadership.
• Take ownership of live incidents, keep them under control and ensure timely resolution.
• Design and improve dashboards, KPIs and alerting processes for the monitoring team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in monitoring, operations, data analysis, technical support or revenue operations.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data and spotting patterns or anomalies.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm, make good decisions under pressure and work rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: experience in travel technology, OTAs, hotel distribution or basic API knowledge.
