MQ Technician IV

About the role

TE is looking for an MQ Technician IV to support quality management in its injection molding production line. You will work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with TE, ISO 9001, ATEX and IATF16949 standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support Quality Management according to TE, ISO 9001, ATEX and IATF16949 standards.
• Execute quality strategies aligned with plant performance and TE’s quality policy.
• Coordinate drawings and materials, conduct layered audits, and record results in the system.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non‑conformities.
• Escalate critical issues, report scrap, sorting and defect follow‑up daily.
• Train line inspectors and operators on quality standards.
• Lead MRB meetings for Q‑Hold and authorize production or shipment stops when necessary.
• Participate in 5S activities, new projects, P‑FMEA and control plan updates.
• Support EHS compliance and report any anomalies.

Required profile

• BAC+2 (or equivalent) degree.
• At least 2 years experience in injection molding manufacturing.
• Fluent in French and able to read English technical documents.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental and legal regulations.
