Onboarding Coach - Guest Experience

About the role

As an Onboarding Coach for Guest Experience, you will help hospitality clients adopt the Cloudbeds platform and design friction‑free processes that let them focus on their guests. You will act as a strategic partner, moving beyond basic training to drive deep product adoption and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized onboarding sessions that teach clients how to use Cloudbeds effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to turn onboarding feedback into systematic improvements.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to automate routine tasks and free time for strategic consulting.
• Guide hoteliers in redesigning their workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as their first point of contact from day one.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in hospitality operations or hotel management.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a passion for delivering “unreasonable hospitality.”
• Ability to translate technical features into practical business benefits.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working fully remotely and collaborating across time zones.
