About the role

We are looking for dedicated Cable Operators (male and female) to join our production team in Casablanca and Mohammedia. The role involves assembling and wiring cables according to technical specifications, ensuring high quality and safety standards. You will contribute to the efficient production of high‑quality cable assemblies for various industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and connect cables following detailed drawings and work orders.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain tools and workstations in clean and organized condition.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to meet production targets.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed during the handling of materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cable assembly or related manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, rigor, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Reliable transportation is provided.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt to changing production demands.
