Operations Associate (Remote – Support UK Market)

About the role

GuestReady is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to support its UK market from a remote location. This freelance position offers the chance to work within a fast‑growing hospitality technology company, helping to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with guests.
• Support daily operations across maintenance, housekeeping and other departments.
• Manage reservations, guest communications and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Utilise the company’s property management system (PMS) and internal tools to coordinate information.
• Ensure smooth processes and high service standards.
• Resolve issues quickly while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks and support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception or customer‑facing operations.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Guest‑centric approach with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
