PPL Consultant

About the role

The PPL Consultant will support validation activities for vehicle and part projects, ensuring that test processes, tools and milestones are properly managed. You will work closely with validation engineers, performance engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality validation results.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with TPM/ITPL for vehicle/part orders during project start‑up and assign tasks in Test Norm, Catnet, PLM and JIRA.
• Collaborate on test list creation and revision with test engineers and service design teams.
• Create and share PIV documents, monitor milestones and KPIs, and ensure compliance with program schedules.
• Update validation results in decks and KPI dashboards, review and approve presentation materials.
• Collect and analyse project requirements to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
• Define detailed validation plans, estimate required FTE and resources, and track critical paths.
• Lead and support issue triage and escalation meetings, facilitating technical discussions and problem resolution.
• Prepare KPI decks and provide regular progress reports to top management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in validation engineering.
• Strong knowledge of validation processes and tools such as Test Norm, Catnet, PLM and JIRA.
• Ability to analyse requirements, define test plans and forecast project costs.
• Leadership, team coordination and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
