Arrow ECS is seeking a highly organized, self‑motivated Program Manager to join the Global Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Programs team. This entry‑level position is ideal for an early‑career professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, and can coordinate multiple stakeholders across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple Global GTM programs, maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and action trackers.
• Maintain and update Global GTM Programs SharePoint sites and internal landing pages, ensuring documentation, presentations and enablement assets are current and well organized.
• Support the internal rollout of sales enablement tooling, including content migration, stakeholder readiness, testing support and adoption tracking.
• Prepare meeting materials, status updates, leadership summaries and capture decisions, action items and blockers from cross‑functional meetings.
• Operate across North America and EMEA time zones, escalating risks and building trusted relationships while holding teams accountable.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, pages and content repositories.
• Familiarity with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms is a plus.
• Experience supporting tool launches, internal communications or change‑management activities.
• Exposure to sales, channel, partner or go‑to‑market organizations.
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams across North America and EMEA.
