QHSE Manager

About the role

Swissport is looking for a QHSE Manager to lead the Zero Incident and Zero Waste culture across its operations. You will ensure that all business units comply with Swissport’s global quality, safety and environment standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Regional Head of QHSE and the station manager.
• Coordinate QHSE activities across all stations and align them with regional and global road‑maps.
• Implement and maintain Swissport’s QHSE management system in each location.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality, safety and environmental matters.
• Lead cultural change initiatives to embed a Zero Incident and Zero Waste mindset.
• Prepare and deliver regular QHSE performance reports to country and regional management.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal safety audits and investigations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a safety, health, quality or environmental role.
• Strong change‑management and coaching abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic QHSE road‑maps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
