Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure our products meet all BOS, ISO/TS‑16949 and customer‑specific requirements at our Kenitra plant. You will work closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement and support customer quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with BOS, ISO/TS‑16949 and customer‑specific quality standards.
• Monitor plant and customer KPIs and work with teams to exceed targets.
• Act as a Layered Process Auditor when directed by management.
• Support PPAP package preparation and obtain approvals before customer submission.
• Develop and update Control Plans and assist in PFMEA updates.
• Create inspection and containment plans, conduct capability studies, and document results.
• Utilize statistical tools to drive continuous improvement of Operation Description Sheets.
• Mentor team members on statistical applications and quality techniques.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned external customers, handling issue resolution, 8‑D reports, and quality alerts.
• Visit customers as needed and communicate between the plant and customers.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of automotive quality standards and KPI management.
• Experience performing layered process audits and capability studies.
• Ability to develop and maintain control plans, PFMEA, and inspection plans.
• Proactive in continuous improvement and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and internal teams.
