Quality Manager – Solar Project

About the role

The Quality Manager will ensure that the Noor Midelt Solar Hybrid 1 project meets all quality requirements throughout construction and commissioning. You will lead quality activities on‑site, work closely with project stakeholders, and maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control quality management plans for the solar PV and battery storage project.
• Conduct inspections of construction work, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain document quality assurance, control activities, and up‑to‑date quality records.
• Represent the owner’s interests, provide guidance to the project team, and stay current on best quality practices.
• Develop and maintain document management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Identify stakeholder needs, communicate progress, involve them in QA/QC processes, and build strong relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports in line with corporate governance and shareholder requirements.
• Adhere to information security policies, protect assets, and report any security incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management for construction projects.
• Ability to monitor and control quality plans and conduct site inspections.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with document control and reporting in large‑scale projects.
• Understanding of information security requirements.
