Regional Manager – North

About the role

We are looking for a strong leader to manage our North region in Morocco, covering a portfolio of ten cities including Rabat and Tangier. The role combines operational execution, partner negotiation, strategic thinking and people leadership to drive growth and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team that manages existing partners and cities, driving them to success.
• Collaborate with the Head of Regions and functional heads to define and implement sales, growth and operations strategies.
• Build and manage an account‑management team, inspire performance and professional development.
• Continuously improve service quality, stay updated on market trends and ensure operational excellence.
• Design, scale and maintain detailed reporting models to support regional strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensure proactive communication with partners, conduct regular meetings and business reviews.
• Support the team during complex negotiations to close deals with major chains and smaller partners.
• Lead by example, uphold company values and set high standards for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, business development, start‑up or similar environments.
• Proven track record of delivering challenging KPIs or projects.
• Strong managerial perspective with solid understanding of P&L drivers.
• Excellent communication skills – speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams through clear communication.
• Willingness to travel several days per month across owned cities.
• Owner mindset: committed to growing the business, solution‑oriented and resilient.
• Capacity to balance rapid execution with attention to detail.
• Superior analytical skills and readiness to roll up sleeves.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
