Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests contacting Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. You will manage inquiries across multiple channels and ensure a seamless booking experience that reflects Four Seasons’ standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and GDS professionally and efficiently.
• Promote room types, suites, packages and hotel experiences to maximize revenue.
• Enter, modify and confirm reservations in the Property Management System with accuracy.
• Manage guest preferences, special requests, cancellations, no‑shows and amendments.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance and Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of both properties, including amenities, dining venues and spa offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, customer service or sales; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
