Responsable prospection – Casablanca

About the role

As a Prospection Manager based in Casablanca, you will support the Expansion Department of our Supeco business unit. Your main objective is to drive the growth of our real‑estate portfolio by identifying and securing new store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a database of potential real‑estate opportunities.
• Analyse the business unit’s needs using local and regional market knowledge and market studies.
• Lead lease negotiations and define rental terms.
• Present proposals to the Business Unit direction and the Investment Monitoring Committee for approval.
• Prepare and submit required administrative authorisations.
• Achieve defined targets for the number of new leases signed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial field prospecting.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with public and private stakeholders in the real‑estate market.
• Good insight into market trends, competition and commercial development opportunities.
• Result‑oriented with strong communication and organisational skills.
