About the role
The Commis de Rang will join the restaurant team at Cruiser Mogador Essaouira, a beachfront hospitality destination in Morocco. Working on‑site full‑time, you will help create a welcoming dining environment for guests by preparing tables, supporting service stations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with order taking.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a tidy dining room.
- Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Collaborate with chefs, waitstaff, and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Handle guest requests courteously and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
Required profile
- Foundational restaurant service experience, including table setting and basic dining etiquette.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions, support senior staff, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
