Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer and Tech Lead to strengthen our CRM Factory for a major international client. You will design, develop, and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring technical excellence across the delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure advanced Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows and Process Builder.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, batch processes and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or BizTalk.
• Lead technical design and architecture, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Write unit and integration tests, optimise performance, and manage deployment and release processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience on Salesforce projects, with at least 5 years in development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (required).
