Service Point Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Service Point Advisor provides high‑level customer service at a DHL Service Point, ensuring a smooth experience for walk‑in clients while promoting DHL’s products and services to meet revenue and shipment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for DHL, delivering friendly, professional service to walk‑in customers.
• Promote and sell DHL products and value‑added services to achieve revenue and shipment goals.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information on pricing, transit times and documentation, and resolve complaints.
• Process shipments, manage daily manifests, conduct cash handling and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent) qualification with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and manage priorities.
• Professional, presentable attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in French language (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of logistics or international business is an advantage.
