Setup Operator – Stamping

About the role

The Setup Operator for Stamping will work on the shop floor to prepare and run stamping equipment, ensuring parts are produced to tight tolerances. You will collaborate with a diverse team to maintain high quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up stamping machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor workflow, verify part quality, and follow procedures for equipment failures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators.
• Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine components and report findings to engineers and supervisors.
• Diagnose and repair identified equipment issues, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related manufacturing or production role.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
