Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

About the role

Aptiv is looking for a Staffing Specialist in Tangier. As a recruiter, you will identify, attract and hire top talent to meet the organisation's needs, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to build and run effective recruitment strategies. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and direct outreach
• Screen and assess candidates against qualifications and organisational culture
• Conduct interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Keep candidates informed with timely feedback and communication
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies
• Stay up to date on recruitment trends and embed DEIA principles in all recruitment activities

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Organised and able to manage several priorities and deadlines
• Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics
• Experience with DEIA principles and integrity in handling confidential information
