Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Ericsson is building its in-house Talent Acquisition organisation and is looking for a fluent French-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner based in Casablanca or Rabat, Morocco, or Cairo, Egypt. As a TA Partner you will manage recruitment end to end while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, bringing stakeholder management, sourcing capability and market insight to develop hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, turning their needs into recruitment strategies.
• Lead the recruitment lifecycle, from role calibration and attraction strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer and onboarding.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines using tools such as Eightfold AI and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
• Use talent intelligence and recruitment data to advise hiring managers on realistic hiring strategies.
• Deliver a clear, engaging and timely candidate experience and support fair, inclusive selection processes.
• Partner with stakeholders on the offer process and keep candidates engaged until their first day.
• Use AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, talent matching and scheduling.
• Keep recruitment compliant with local requirements, data privacy standards and Ericsson policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally in-house, RPO or agency.
• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Experience managing recruitment from briefing through offer and onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not essential.
