Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech & Non-Tech)

Main Missions

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical (Engineering, Data, Product) and non-technical roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced sourcing tools, and employee referral programs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Lead offer negotiations and issuance in alignment with established compensation frameworks.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including pipeline health and time-to-hire.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced technology company.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and creative prospecting strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit highly specialized technical profiles.
• Strong communication skills and a candidate-centric mindset.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.
