Test Lead – Agile Testing & Automation

About the role

As a Test Lead you will join AXA GBS Morocco’s Transformation and Technologies department, working in an Agile environment to ensure the quality of digital applications delivered to clients and employees. You will own the testing strategy for your scope, coordinate testing activities, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project risks, define testing priorities, and set entry/exit criteria for each testing level.
• Organise and lead test planning, design, execution and closure, including both manual and automated tests.
• Coordinate test environments, platforms and tools to guarantee smooth testing operations.
• Mentor Test Engineers, lead Agile Tribe chapters, and contribute to testing best‑practice repositories.
• Monitor testing KPIs, produce test summaries, defect and qualification reports, and ensure anomalies are resolved.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience testing enterprise applications in Agile projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Ray, Selenium, Web Services API testing.
• Java, Git, SOAP UI.
• ISTQB certification (mandatory).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Knowledge of TCO Mainframe testing (nice to have).
