Transformation Project Manager – Data Governance

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Manager to lead the Transformation Project Management for Data Governance. This role will establish the core structures, processes and behaviours needed to manage data responsibly across the organisation, supporting finance and HR controls and the wider FMS SaaS implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Define data domains and onboard data owners and stewards.
• Develop and deliver up‑skilling programmes for data governance participants.
• Implement specific controls for finance and HR data quality.
• Maintain the full project lifecycle: planning, governance forums, status reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with related projects to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience at a global level.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with data governance, finance or HR data controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
