Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate and supervise our logistics operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation and shipping. The role focuses on optimizing goods flow, managing inventory accuracy and leading a team to ensure efficient warehouse performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise logistics teams across receiving, storage, order preparation and shipping activities.
• Optimize organization of goods flow and storage spaces to improve efficiency.
• Train, coach and manage team members, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators and inventory accuracy.
• Track inventory, maintain stock accuracy and resolve any warehouse issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac +2 education.
• Experience in a polyvalent warehouse position.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Quick learner with adaptability.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management transaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
