Account Executive – Remote B2B SaaS (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join 100Hires, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that automates recruiting workflows. This fully remote position will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from discovery to close, and help scale our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, conduct live demos, handle objections and close deals.
• Perform deep discovery to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails, design and test cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and create educational videos for prospects and users.
• Act as a product evangelist, showcasing deep knowledge of the platform.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and ensure no opportunity is missed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience selling B2B SaaS (ideally $1K–$5K ACV).
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, async communication.
• Strong live‑demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner with ability to understand product use cases.
• Reliable internet, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
• Highly responsive, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
