Account General Manager – OHE, SHS & Mobile TS Program

About the role

The Account General Manager leads the TELUS OHE, SHS and Mobile TS program, ensuring all client‑facing key performance indicators are met while driving a profitable and efficient operation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for building long‑term client relationships and aligning business objectives across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver program and client‑facing KPIs in line with financial targets and growth projections.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability and compliance.
• Own all client‑facing activities and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align internal and external business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Current regular and active team member of TELUS Digital Morocco.
• No active disciplinary sanctions.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Operations Manager.
• Consistently achieved performance ratings in 2025 and the past six months.
