Account Manager – English and French-speaking Africa

About the role

North Star Network is seeking an Account Manager for English and French‑speaking Africa to join its Commercial team. You will manage the full lifecycle of affiliate relationships, from acquisition and negotiation to performance monitoring and strategic expansion, working remotely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned operators, building long‑term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle, negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, fixed deals) and identify upsell opportunities.
• Analyze account performance, traffic quality, conversion rates and ROI, providing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with Product, SEO, Content and Finance teams to optimise exposure, resolve tracking issues and align on strategic priorities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor deals and regulatory shifts to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming or commercial account management.
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion metrics and affiliate monetisation.
• Solid negotiation skills with a track record of closing commercial deals.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with performance dashboards and KPIs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
