About the role
The Administrative and Logistics Officer will support the day‑to‑day operations of the STRIDES Morocco project, a U.S. Department of State‑funded global health security program. Based in Rabat, the role ensures that administrative processes and logistical arrangements run smoothly, enabling the project team to focus on its core mission.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project team meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and distribute them promptly.
- Manage document preparation, records, reports, presentations and data entry tasks.
- Organise travel, accommodation, conferences and workshops for staff, consultants and visitors.
- Act as primary liaison with internal departments, senior management and external agencies.
- Handle confidential information, enforce organizational policies and ensure compliance.
- Oversee procurement, inventory of office supplies and logistical support for events and field activities.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets and asset tracking systems.
- Support invoicing and payments for third‑party vendors.
Required profile
- Advanced knowledge of administrative and logistical procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, both internal and external.
- Ability to handle confidential and non‑routine information responsibly.
- Proactive attitude toward improving processes and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data entry and database management.
- Document preparation and record‑keeping.
