Affiliate Partnership Sourcing Specialist (Impact.com & Knox)

About the role

An expanding Shopify-based apparel brand specializing in seamless, full-coverage underwear for women aged 35-55 is looking for an Affiliate Partnership Sourcing Specialist. The role takes full ownership of building a scalable partnership ecosystem across the US, UK, Australia, Europe and worldwide, diversifying beyond Meta and Google ads. It combines managing and scaling the affiliate program through Impact.com with daily influencer discovery and outreach via Knox. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Beijing time.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, reach out to and recruit new affiliate partners globally (content creators, bloggers, product review websites and niche publishers)
• Manage and scale the affiliate marketing program using Impact.com
• Use Knox to find influencers matching the brand's niche and maintain a high volume of daily outreach emails to secure content posts
• Own the full collaboration lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, onboarding and performance tracking
• Nurture long-term relationships with PR contacts, creators, coupon websites and newsletter publishers, reconnecting regularly for new products and campaigns

Required profile

• Experience with affiliate marketing programs, ideally hands-on knowledge of Impact.com
• Strong written communication, especially in outreach and partner management
• Proactive, self-directed, organized and data-driven, with a commercial mindset and understanding of collaboration terms and negotiations
• Able to balance strategic partner management with daily, execution-focused influencer outreach
• Nice to have: familiarity with influencer discovery tools like Knox, basic SEO knowledge, and experience with D2C Shopify brands
• Junior candidates with strong motivation and eagerness to learn are welcome, as full SOPs and onboarding are provided
